Carrier Relationships Manager

Wellthie is looking for a Carrier Relationships Manager focused on the Ancillary Insurance space who will develop relationships with insurance carriers in dental, vision, life, critical illness, disability and innovative partnerships with other related companies

You Will:

  • Develop partnerships with ancillary and specialty insurance carriers to join our platform
  • Communicate and collaborate with our customers on win-win opportunities for growth
  • Onboard new customers onto the Wellthie platform by working closely with the product and technology teams
  • Collaborate closely with the product and technology teams to test and launch our products in the ancillary market
  • Stay abreast of the evolving market, regulatory and competitive landscape in the insurance industry and e-commerce
  • Gather, define and prioritize customer and user feedback requirements to continuously enhance our products and develop our product roadmap
  • Track and analyze key product metrics to meet customer, user, and company objectives

You Have:

  • Prior experience and relationships in the ancillary insurance space
  • 5+ years combined experience in the insurance industry, product or technology experience
  • Experience working with SaaS / technology startups a plus
  • Experience as a creative thinker, problem solver, and flexible team player who can wear many hats
  • A knack for relationship building and collaboration

  • Location is either New York or remote / virtual
  • Full-time role
