Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative in the New York/ New Jersey area who will work alongside our Director of Sales to support our business growth needs.

You Will:

  • Drive growth and revenues through inbound lead flow by returning calls, making outbound calls, and responding to email inquiries
  • Work with the Director of Sales to maximize sales by transitioning and closing on inbound leads
  • Vet and research inbound leads
  • Provide webinars and presentations to prospective customers
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of Wellthie’s platform
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for Wellthie’s sales team

You Have:

  • Hunger to grow and sharpen your salesmanship in a growing tech company
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment
  • Strong drive to overcome sales obstacles and ability to come up with creative solutions to potential roadblocks
  • Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and follow-up skills
  • A desire to learn the ins and outs of the health insurance industry
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills


  • At least 2 years of telesales or customer service experience with a SaaS, technology or healthcare company
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Pipedrive
  • Experience working in the health insurance industry, either as a broker, with a General Agency, or with a health insurance carrier a plus

Timing & Compensation:

  • Part-time to Full-time
  • Competitive compensation + bonus (based on experience)
