Our high-energy office is bright, with big open windows looking out to city views of Lower Manhattan.  Step away from the monitor to play ping pong, do yoga, or get together for non-work events. We also enjoy working with team members located remotely in other cities.  
You Will:

  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • Successfully onboard customers (brokers) including training, ongoing education, and communication
  • Provide support to customers via phone, email and live chat
  • Understand client needs, handle complaints, answer questions about our product, and help resolve product related technical issues
  • Enter consistent and accurate information into our database
  • Design and execute on engagement strategies to maximize successful use of the product
  • Participate in all customer implementation meetings
  • Develop educational materials for customers like FAQs, 1-pagers, videos, and other tactics
  • Organize and host webinars for consumers

You Have:

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and stress and can turn around a negative into a positive situation
  • Health insurance knowledge
  • Desire to work for a company that cares about you and your success
  • Experience working with brokers in an insurance agency / brokerage or general agency or with carriers required (other similar health insurance related experience may be considered)
  • Experience working with SaaS / technology start-ups a plus
  • Experience in customer success for professionals / businesses, in insurance, in healthcare, or in enterprise software a plus

  • Full-time role
