Bookkeeper and Office Manager

Are you a highly organized, detail oriented, multi-tasker, with bookkeeping experience? Wellthie is looking for a Bookkeeper / Office Manager who will manage the accounting, HR and administrative processes at our growing company.

Our high-energy office is bright, with big open windows looking out to city views of Lower Manhattan.  Step away from the monitor to play ping pong, do yoga, or get together for non-work events. We also enjoy working with team members located remotely in other cities.  

You Will:

  • Manage our books using Quickbooks Online
  • Manage customer billing and accounts receivable
  • Manage our accounts payable
  • Process payroll and comply with reporting requirements
  • Work with our CPA firm on financial statements and tax-related matters
  • Process expense reports and company filing system
  • Administer HR programs including onboarding, 401K, benefits, and time-off
  • Manage insurance needs 
  • Help prepare budgets and management reports for leadership team and investors
  • Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and assist with team events

You Have:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in a bookkeeping role
  • Utmost detail orientation, organizational skills, and process-orientation
  • Advance level Quickbooks skills and Excel
  • Good working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Great verbal and written communicator 
  • Thrives in a high-paced, evolving environment
